Job Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year experience in leadership, motivation, or development of team members or US Military Service

Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by delegating tasks effectively and reporting results
- Lead the restaurant experience by supporting the General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu launches
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver memorable guest experiences by ensuring staff are trained and service areas are organized
- Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
