Job Requirements

  • preferably have three years of restaurant bar or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws health codes safe food handling sanitation responsible alcohol service safety and security systems procedures and computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others champion change and passion for training and developing team
