Job Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience as an assistant general manager, service manager, or bar manager at a full-service restaurant with a two million dollar plus volume
- strong promotional and social catering event experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to lead and collaborate within a team
- strong work ethic and energetic personality
- ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- positive and guest-focused attitude
Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years experience as an assistant general manager, service manager, or bar manager at a full-service restaurant with over $2M volume
- experience with promotions and social catering events is highly preferred

Job Duties
- report to the restaurant general manager
- lead by example to demonstrate integrity and performance
- collaborate with team members to deliver elevated guest experiences
- manage front of house operations including human resources, operations, and marketing
- optimize staffing levels while minimizing overtime
- drive promotional events in collaboration with marketing, PR, and hotel teams
- establish and nurture local business partnerships
