Job Requirements

  • at least 2 years of experience as an assistant general manager, service manager, or bar manager at a full-service restaurant with a two million dollar plus volume
  • strong promotional and social catering event experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to lead and collaborate within a team
  • strong work ethic and energetic personality
  • ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • positive and guest-focused attitude

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years experience as an assistant general manager, service manager, or bar manager at a full-service restaurant with over $2M volume
  • experience with promotions and social catering events is highly preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
  • exceptional work ethic and positive, guest-focused attitude
  • ability to multitask and perform well under pressure

Job Duties

  • report to the restaurant general manager
  • lead by example to demonstrate integrity and performance
  • collaborate with team members to deliver elevated guest experiences
  • manage front of house operations including human resources, operations, and marketing
  • optimize staffing levels while minimizing overtime
  • drive promotional events in collaboration with marketing, PR, and hotel teams
  • establish and nurture local business partnerships
