Job Requirements
- preferably three years of restaurant bar or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws health codes safe food handling and sanitation responsible alcohol service safety and security systems and procedures and computer operations
- ability to manage and direct the work of others champion change and passion for training and developing team
- willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

- oversee compliance with labor laws health codes safe food handling and sanitation
- lead and develop team members through training and continuous learning
- champion change initiatives and operational improvements
- ensure responsible alcohol service safety and security procedures are followed
