Job Requirements

  • preferably three years of restaurant bar or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws health codes safe food handling and sanitation responsible alcohol service safety and security systems and procedures and computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others champion change and passion for training and developing team
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage shift managers servers bartenders and service assistants in daily operations
  • partner with the general manager to ensure restaurant performance and guest satisfaction
  • focus on guest-related metrics and engagement to enhance customer experience
  • oversee compliance with labor laws health codes safe food handling and sanitation
  • lead and develop team members through training and continuous learning
  • champion change initiatives and operational improvements
  • ensure responsible alcohol service safety and security procedures are followed
