Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
- Availability to work 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- Ability to drive and manage workplace change
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
- Comfortable working both front and back of house
- Valid Driver’s License and current insurance including comprehensive and collision coverage
- Ability and willingness to transport pets in emergencies
- Experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree equivalent education and experience preferred
- Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
- Leadership or management experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software

- Valid Driver’s License with current comprehensive insurance

Job Duties
- Understands and communicates the company's mission, values, and objectives
- Assists the GM in providing direction, leadership and communication for site operations including financial management, customer service, pet care and team management
- Assists in developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy and proactive lead management
- Creates plans to achieve sales revenue, labor, cost and expense goals
- Maintains operational excellence and compliance
- Recognizes and rewards outstanding team performance
- Drives financial success through analysis of financial data and KPIs
- Develops Shift Leads' understanding of financial reports
- Executes corporate and local marketing plans
- Engages the community and builds relationships with local businesses and referral sources
- Manages team selection, development, performance, onboarding, coaching, counseling and retention
- Ensures customer service excellence and effective resolution of service issues
- Leads shifts as Manager on Duty to enforce operational standards
- Adheres to company policies, OSHA regulations and safety protocols
