Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant management experience
  • Knowledge of full-service restaurant operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager, Service Manager, or Bar Manager at a full-service restaurant with $2M+ volume
  • Experience with promotional and social catering events is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
  • Positive, guest-focused attitude
  • Self-starter with an engaging personality

Job Duties

  • Report directly to the Restaurant General Manager
  • Lead by example with integrity and high performance
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage all front of house operations including human resources and marketing
  • Optimize staffing and minimize overtime
  • Drive creation and execution of promotional events
  • Establish and nurture local business partnerships
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed
