Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant management experience
- Knowledge of full-service restaurant operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid work authorization
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager, Service Manager, or Bar Manager at a full-service restaurant with $2M+ volume
- Experience with promotional and social catering events is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Positive, guest-focused attitude
- Self-starter with an engaging personality
Job Duties
- Report directly to the Restaurant General Manager
- Lead by example with integrity and high performance
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage all front of house operations including human resources and marketing
- Optimize staffing and minimize overtime
- Drive creation and execution of promotional events
- Establish and nurture local business partnerships
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
