Job Requirements

  • one year certificate from college or technical school
  • three to six months related experience and/or training
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
  • ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
  • ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
  • ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
  • attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
  • must be Serve-Safe certified

Job Qualifications

  • one year certificate from college or technical school
  • three to six months related experience and/or training
  • knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
  • understanding of supervisory practices
  • familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • ability to write reports and correspondence
  • effective communication skills with customers and employees
  • basic mathematical skills including compute rate, ratio and percent
  • ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions
  • must obtain Serve-Safe certification

Job Duties

  • assist the general manager in managing restaurant operations and staff
  • execute company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • participate in achieving store objectives while adhering to company guidelines
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • oversee crew orientation and training programs
  • monitor daily operations to maintain quality and service standards
  • contribute to resolving operational issues and improving efficiency
