Job Requirements
- one year certificate from college or technical school
- three to six months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
- ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
- attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
- must be Serve-Safe certified
Job Qualifications
- one year certificate from college or technical school

- knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
- understanding of supervisory practices
- familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to write reports and correspondence
- effective communication skills with customers and employees
- basic mathematical skills including compute rate, ratio and percent
- ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions
- must obtain Serve-Safe certification
Job Duties
- assist the general manager in managing restaurant operations and staff
- execute company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- participate in achieving store objectives while adhering to company guidelines
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- oversee crew orientation and training programs
- monitor daily operations to maintain quality and service standards
- contribute to resolving operational issues and improving efficiency
