Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant General Manager, Service Manager, or Bar Manager
  • Experience in full-service restaurant environment with $2M+ volume
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Self-starter with collaborative work style
  • Positive attitude oriented towards guest satisfaction
  • Willingness to adapt and lead in a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience as Assistant General Manager, Service Manager, or Bar Manager
  • Experience at a full-service restaurant with $2M+ volume
  • Promotional and social catering event experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong work ethic and engaging personality
  • Multitasking ability and calmness under pressure
  • Positive, guest-focused attitude

Job Duties

  • Report directly to the Restaurant General Manager to elevate rooftop operation
  • Lead by example showing integrity and performance
  • Collaborate with team to deliver an elevated guest experience
  • Own shifts at the rooftop bar and create perfect environment
  • Manage Front of House operations including HR, operations, and marketing
  • Partner with Hotel Management Team for seamless guest experience
  • Optimize staffing and minimize overtime
  • Drive promotional events with Marketing and PR teams
  • Establish and nurture local business partnerships
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed
