Job Duties
- lead employee training programs including food safety and inventory management
- delegate tasks effectively and report results
- support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
- supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu items
- hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- ensure a memorable guest experience through staff training and service organization
- partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
