Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be proficient in Windows OS and company approved spreadsheets and word processing
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages at select properties
- Must have strong communication skills in English
- Must be able to work under pressure and maintain composure
- Must be able to handle financial information and basic arithmetic
- Must be attentive to detail and able to meet deadlines
- Must be able to evaluate and make decisions quickly and accurately
- Must be able to listen and resolve conflict effectively
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be willing to travel as required
- Must have positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Conduct daily supervision including walkthroughs of guest rooms and public spaces
- Provide one-on-one training to new team members on service and checklist expectations
- Manage shifts ensuring friendly guest service and meeting guest needs
- Supervise check-in and check-out periods and meal times
- Foster a positive culture promoting happy team members and guests
- Verify daily room inspections adhere to cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory management as directed
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Review and support team member time clock punches
- Complete daily summary and night audit processes
- Prepare and submit shift handover reports
- Manage purchase order process and invoice sign-off
- Oversee adherence to quality assurance and brand standards
- Certify fire and life safety inspections are current and correct deficiencies
- Escalate service or delivery failures appropriately
- Confirm completion and quality of preventative maintenance
- Ensure adherence to work schedules and provide shift coverage when needed
