Job Duties

  • Identify and resolve operational challenges by delegating tasks efficiently
  • Translate Director team strategies into clear direction for team members
  • Act as the primary problem solver for both guests and employees
  • Contribute actively in leadership meetings and strategic discussions
  • Develop and mentor current leaders while recognizing emerging talent
  • Provide coaching on best practices, leadership skills, and effective problem-solving
  • Oversee execution of the five critical success factors in your area of responsibility
  • Ensure full compliance with all food safety and operational standards
  • Communicate guest and team concerns promptly to the Director team
  • Maintain a big-picture perspective while driving daily operational excellence
  • Manage scheduling, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and deliver performance-based coaching
  • Lead by example and uphold all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
  • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to build a culture of innovation and excellence
