Job Duties
- Identify and resolve operational challenges by delegating tasks efficiently
- Translate Director team strategies into clear direction for team members
- Act as the primary problem solver for both guests and employees
- Contribute actively in leadership meetings and strategic discussions
- Develop and mentor current leaders while recognizing emerging talent
- Provide coaching on best practices, leadership skills, and effective problem-solving
- Oversee execution of the five critical success factors in your area of responsibility
- Ensure full compliance with all food safety and operational standards
- Communicate guest and team concerns promptly to the Director team
- Maintain a big-picture perspective while driving daily operational excellence
- Manage scheduling, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and deliver performance-based coaching
- Lead by example and uphold all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
- Combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to build a culture of innovation and excellence
