Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in hotel leadership
- knowledge of hotel front desk and back-of-house operations
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proactive problem-solving attitude
Job Qualifications
