Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • utilize knowledge of positional skills and customer service to ensure a "WOW" experience for guests
  • partner with the General Manager to create and maintain an engaged employee culture
  • enforce health and safety regulations within the restaurant
  • contribute to delivering exceptional quality and service to guests
  • support team-oriented and fast-paced work environment
  • handle operational duties as assigned by the General Manager
  • assist in employee training and development
