Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
- ability to lead and manage teams
- strong communication skills
- willingness to champion change and foster team development

Job Duties
- Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants
- help ensure restaurant is at top of its game with General Manager
- focus on guest-related metrics and engagement
- supervise daily restaurant operations
- enforce compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- participate in recruiting, training, and developing team members
- manage workflow and staff performance
