Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, business, or related field
- 2 or more years of sales or management experience
- Strong selling and coaching skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and professional presence
- Comfortable with basic computer systems including MS Office and CRM/sales tracking

Job Duties
- Lead and coach the membership team to drive sales and exceed revenue goals
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop membership consultants and departmental staff
- Manage daily club operations and step in as Manager-on-Duty when needed
- Oversee at least one department including scheduling, performance, hiring, and discipline
- Host tours, convert prospects, and ensure accurate onboarding and paperwork
- Track leads, run reports, and support club marketing and outreach
- Maintain high standards for member service, safety, and club appearance
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
