Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hotel management experience in a branded hotel environment
- Experience with Choice brand strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in guest satisfaction, team leadership, and financial performance
- Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments
- Proven ability to engage and develop teams with a hands-on leadership style
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hospitality management systems and tools
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the business
- Recruit, hire, and onboarding new employees for the hotel
- Manage and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment, handle employee relation matters
- Handle HR functions: ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, employee relations, benefits, employee records
- Handle employee relation matters: investigations, meetings, trainings, team building activities
- Respond to guests and employees' complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Responsible for employee records keeping at the hotel and stays in compliance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Other duties as assigned
