Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- preferably three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- ability to manage and direct the work of others
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to champion change and foster teamwork
- availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
- partner with the General Manager to ensure restaurant operational excellence
- focus on guest engagement and guest-related metrics
- lead and support training and development programs
- champion change and continuous improvement initiatives
- oversee adherence to labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- promote team accountability and high performance
