Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to champion change and foster teamwork
  • availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
  • computer operation skills
  • leadership ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • partner with the General Manager to ensure restaurant operational excellence
  • focus on guest engagement and guest-related metrics
  • lead and support training and development programs
  • champion change and continuous improvement initiatives
  • oversee adherence to labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
  • promote team accountability and high performance
