Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in the foodservice industry preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant with diversified menu offerings
  • reliable and dependable attendance
  • strong work ethic and determination to succeed
  • willingness to lead and develop a management team
  • ability to perform administrative and operational duties accurately and efficiently
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • basic understanding of cash handling and financial procedures

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in the foodservice industry preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant with diversified menu offerings

Job Duties

  • assist GM with recruiting store associates to ensure the store is well staffed
  • train store associates on company policies and procedures and on operations standards including FOH and BOH duties
  • develop associates to higher levels for future career progression and identify own successor
  • assist GM in executing national and local marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness
  • ensure effective implementation of new products according to company standards
  • monitor food quality for recipe compliance and ensure dishes meet standards
  • share responsibility with GM for achieving store financial results including cash handling and managing labor and food costs
  • assist GM in completion of financial and inventory reports and other administrative duties
  • perform cash register opening and closing procedures
