Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in the foodservice industry preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant with diversified menu offerings
- reliable and dependable attendance
- strong work ethic and determination to succeed
- willingness to lead and develop a management team
- ability to perform administrative and operational duties accurately and efficiently
- excellent customer service orientation
- basic understanding of cash handling and financial procedures

Job Duties
- assist GM with recruiting store associates to ensure the store is well staffed
- train store associates on company policies and procedures and on operations standards including FOH and BOH duties
- develop associates to higher levels for future career progression and identify own successor
- assist GM in executing national and local marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness
- ensure effective implementation of new products according to company standards
- monitor food quality for recipe compliance and ensure dishes meet standards
- share responsibility with GM for achieving store financial results including cash handling and managing labor and food costs
- assist GM in completion of financial and inventory reports and other administrative duties
- perform cash register opening and closing procedures
