Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a similar management role
- ability to stand for long periods
- capability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- effective communication skills
- ability to use hands and wrists for continuous motion

Job Duties
- oversee food preparation and ensure quality and portion sizes
- resolve customer complaints about food or service
- manage kitchen and dining area cleanliness to company standards
- monitor staff and guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with liquor laws
- recruit, hire, and onboard new team members
- conduct staff orientation and oversee training
- schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
