- Ability to deliver tailored guest experiences with a hospitality every time mindset
- Experience in developing and mentoring individuals and teams
- Skills in creating menus and beverage programs aligned with luxury standards
- Strong operational management skills including inventory control and financial oversight
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to restaurant staff and teams
- Develop and execute the overall concept, vision, and direction for the restaurant
- Collaborate on creating menus, wine lists, and offerings that align with upscale positioning
- Manage daily restaurant operations including guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial performance
- Oversee guest reservations, seating arrangements, and private events or banquet functions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Foster positive relations with restaurant members, hotel guests, vendors, and staff
