Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales
- Ensure all financial and payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with health regulations
- Ensure consistent high quality food preparation and service
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
- Oversee inventory accuracy and control cost of goods
- Supervise portion control to minimize waste
- Place orders and schedule delivery of food and supplies
- Ensure positive guest service and respond to complaints effectively
- Manage shifts including scheduling, planning, and decision making
- Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
- Ensure employees complete training and communicate job expectations
- Develop employees through feedback and performance expectations
- Prepare schedules and ensure adequate staffing
- Promote employee development into leadership roles
- Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies
- Perform loss prevention audits
- Report issues promptly to General Manager
- Foster a cooperative and productive working climate
- Complete job responsibilities timely and effectively
- Perform other duties as required
