Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 3 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
  • ability to manage and direct team members
  • passion for training and developing staff
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understand responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • ability to manage and direct others effectively
  • passion for training and developing teams
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants
  • partner with the General Manager to ensure operational excellence
  • focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
  • champion team training and development
  • maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
  • drive employee motivation and recognize achievements
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to meet performance goals
