Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 3 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
- ability to manage and direct team members
- passion for training and developing staff
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- understand responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
- ability to manage and direct others effectively

Job Duties
- manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants
- partner with the General Manager to ensure operational excellence
- focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
- champion team training and development
- maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
- drive employee motivation and recognize achievements
- oversee daily restaurant operations to meet performance goals
