Job Requirements

  • Preferably three years of restaurant bar or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws health codes safe food handling sanitation responsible alcohol service safety and security systems and procedures and computer operations
  • Ability to manage and direct the work of others champion change and have a passion for training and developing your team

Job Duties

  • Manage shift managers servers bartenders and service assistants
  • Partner with general manager to ensure peak restaurant performance
  • Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws health codes and food safety standards
  • Lead training coaching and development of team members
  • Implement safety and security procedures
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and operational excellence
