Job Requirements
- Preferably three years of restaurant bar or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws health codes safe food handling sanitation responsible alcohol service safety and security systems and procedures and computer operations
- Ability to manage and direct the work of others champion change and have a passion for training and developing your team

Job Duties
- Manage shift managers servers bartenders and service assistants
- Partner with general manager to ensure peak restaurant performance
- Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
- Oversee compliance with labor laws health codes and food safety standards
- Lead training coaching and development of team members
- Implement safety and security procedures
- Maintain high standards of guest service and operational excellence
