Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- manager’s Food Safety Certificate
- valid driver’s license
- working knowledge of computers

- familiarity with inventory management and cost control
Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring guest experience is prioritized
- control labor costs and minimize food waste
- ensure recipe accuracy and adherence to service speed and steps
- maintain cleanliness and productivity standards
- write schedules forecasting labor to meet expectations
- coordinate training with certified trainers and assist in final validations
- assist with interviewing and hiring by conducting first interviews and providing feedback
- manage cash handling including deposits, drawer counts, and petty cash
- oversee inventory management and accurate ordering
- monitor and maintain food, labor, and supply cost margins
- develop knowledge in unit operations including repair and maintenance, budgeting, goal setting, personnel development, and profit and loss management
