Job Requirements

  • must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • manager’s Food Safety Certificate
  • valid driver’s license
  • working knowledge of computers
  • experience in scheduling and labor forecasting
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage financial aspects of operations
  • experience in training and personnel development
  • familiarity with inventory management and cost control

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring guest experience is prioritized
  • control labor costs and minimize food waste
  • ensure recipe accuracy and adherence to service speed and steps
  • maintain cleanliness and productivity standards
  • write schedules forecasting labor to meet expectations
  • coordinate training with certified trainers and assist in final validations
  • assist with interviewing and hiring by conducting first interviews and providing feedback
  • manage cash handling including deposits, drawer counts, and petty cash
  • oversee inventory management and accurate ordering
  • monitor and maintain food, labor, and supply cost margins
  • develop knowledge in unit operations including repair and maintenance, budgeting, goal setting, personnel development, and profit and loss management
