Job Requirements
- 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- ability to manage and direct teams
- passion for training and staff development
- strong communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- proven ability to manage and direct teams
- strong leadership and communication skills
- passion for training and developing staff
- ability to champion change and improve operational processes
Job Duties
- Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
- partner with the General Manager to ensure restaurant performance
- focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
- maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
- train and develop team members
- oversee safety and security systems and procedures
- manage labor costs and operational efficiency
