Job Requirements

  • 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • ability to manage and direct teams
  • passion for training and staff development
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to learn and adapt

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • proven ability to manage and direct teams
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • passion for training and developing staff
  • ability to champion change and improve operational processes

Job Duties

  • Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • partner with the General Manager to ensure restaurant performance
  • focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
  • maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • train and develop team members
  • oversee safety and security systems and procedures
  • manage labor costs and operational efficiency
