Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have legal age to serve alcoholic beverages at select properties
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand or remain stationary for 3-4 hours at a time
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, lift and transport supplies up to 25 pounds
- Ability to visually inspect details at close and long range
- Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English
- Must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
- Must follow any additional job-related instructions and duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry including Rooms and Food & Beverage departments preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
- Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer incoming calls with friendly, approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Always greet guests with a smile while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately on every shift
- Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniforms and maintain a professional appearance
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Exhibit a can-do attitude by stretching beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate at all levels to create a welcoming guest environment
- Conduct daily walks including guest rooms and public spaces to ensure service and cleanliness
- Provide one-on-one training to new team members
- Supervise guest service activities during peak times
- Foster a culture of happy team members and guests
- Verify adherence to cleanliness standards on room inspections
- Assist with inventory counts
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Review and verify time clock punches
- Complete daily summary and night audit processes
- Manage purchase order processes and invoice approvals
- Ensure compliance with brand quality assurance standards
- Certify fire and life safety inspections are current
- Escalate service or delivery issues appropriately
- Confirm preventative maintenance tasks are performed
- Ensure team members adhere to established work schedules
- Cover open department head positions as needed
