Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management
  • ability to communicate clearly and decisively
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to enforce compliance with food safety standards
  • leadership skills
  • willingness to work in a lively and fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in fine-dining restaurant management
  • preferably French cuisine background

Job Duties

  • Plan and organize restaurant operations to achieve sales targets and cost objectives
  • train and lead staff to ensure high standards of guest service and food quality
  • manage employee retention through effective team development and motivation
  • enforce compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
  • handle negotiation and mediation within the team and with vendors
  • communicate effectively with staff and management
