This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, one of the leading fast-food chains specializing in Mexican-inspired cuisine. This particular franchisee operates independently from Taco Bell Corp. or its affiliates, meaning that if hired, you will be employed solely by the franchisee owner and not the corporation directly. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • must pass background check and drug test
  • must have reliable transportation
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • able to sweep and mop floors
  • able to dust shelves
  • able to lift and carry out trash containers
  • able to clean parking lot and grounds
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting, and stooping for 80% of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • College or University Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Profit and Loss responsibility experience
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager
  • good communication skills
  • positive attitude
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts
  • ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties
  • manage inventory
  • maintain financial accountability
  • serve safe and quality food in a friendly manner
  • ensure a safe work environment for employees and customers
  • solve problems proactively with a positive attitude
