This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, one of the leading fast-food chains specializing in Mexican-inspired cuisine. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must pass background check and drug test
- must have reliable transportation
- basic business math and accounting skills
- able to sweep and mop floors
- able to dust shelves
- able to lift and carry out trash containers
- able to clean parking lot and grounds
- able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting, and stooping for 80% of shift time
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- College or University Degree preferred
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Profit and Loss responsibility experience
- basic personal computer literacy
- strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager
- good communication skills
- positive attitude
- strong analytical and decision-making skills
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
Job Duties
- Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts
- ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties
- manage inventory
- maintain financial accountability
- serve safe and quality food in a friendly manner
- ensure a safe work environment for employees and customers
- solve problems proactively with a positive attitude
