Job Requirements
- Previous IHG Brand experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Ability to understand budgets, staffing models and cost controls
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel management experience at AGM or FOM level
- Experience with guest service and team member development
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations
- Supervise and manage hotel staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee the financial performance of the hotel
- Implement strategies to optimize hotel performance
- Support housekeeping operations
- Assist with payroll and human resources
- Oversee maintenance and food and beverage operations
