Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related hospitality role
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of food and labor cost management
- Experience with payroll processing and HR issues
- Familiarity with profit and loss statements and general ledger
- Understanding of compliance standards and health regulations

Job Duties
- Monitor all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure the quality of the product and guest services
- Monitor job performance, food and labor costs, budgets, and sales
- Manage labor payroll sheets
- Complete knowledge of all expectations of the Manager position
- Provide effective coaching and counseling
- Manage human resource issues
- Ensure SNAG compliance
- Process payroll
- Train and mentor managers
- Deliver team player annual reviews
- Orient all new staff
- Responsible for all front-of-house training
- Participate in profit and loss involvement
- Understand general ledger
- Maintain knowledge of accounts and approved vendors
- Oversee bar management
