Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Capability to perform pushing, pulling, stretching motions and use fingers and wrists continuously
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Oversee food preparation and check quality and size of servings
- Resolve customer complaints about food or service
- Ensure kitchen and dining areas are cleaned according to company standards
- Monitor staff actions and guest behavior to enforce safety and liquor laws
- Recruit and hire new team members
- Orient and train staff
- Schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining periods
