Job Requirements

  • previous experience in a leadership or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • utilize knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations to deliver a wow experience to guests and crew members
  • partner with the General Manager in creating and maintaining an environment and culture of engaged employees
  • oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring quality, cleanliness and efficiency
  • support and develop team members through training and coaching
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • enforce compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • assist in inventory management and cost control
