Job Duties
- utilize knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations to deliver a wow experience to guests and crew members
- partner with the General Manager in creating and maintaining an environment and culture of engaged employees
- oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring quality, cleanliness and efficiency
- support and develop team members through training and coaching
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- enforce compliance with company policies and safety standards
- assist in inventory management and cost control
