Job Requirements

  • high school degree or equivalent
  • minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
  • availability to work up to 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
  • ability to drive and manage or influence workplace change
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
  • comfortable working in front of house and back of house roles
  • valid driver’s license
  • current insurance including comprehensive and collision coverage
  • restaurant management, retail management, veterinary management, or hospitality experience preferred
  • bilingual skills a plus

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • understands and communicates the company's mission, values, and objectives
  • assists the GM in providing direction, leadership, and communication for all site aspects including financial management, customer service, pet care, and team management
  • assists the GM in developing and implementing sales strategies including proactive lead management and conversion tactics
  • assists the GM in driving and achieving quantitative objectives such as sales revenue, labor, cost of goods sold, and expense management
  • communicates concerns and needs to the general manager, market leader, and regional leader as needed
  • maintains operational excellence within the resort
  • responds promptly and accurately to directives ensuring team compliance
  • recognizes and rewards outstanding team performance
  • demonstrates exceptional leadership behaviors
  • implements data-driven resort plans to support company initiatives and achieve business results
  • drives financial success through analysis of financial data and KPIs to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities
  • develops shift leads' understanding of financial reports for informed decision making
  • executes corporate and local marketing plans for sales lead generation
  • cultivates relationships with local businesses and referral sources
  • leverages digital marketing channels to nurture leads
