Job Requirements
- 5 years management experience in hospitality or entertainment industry
- strong leadership capabilities
- excellent problem-solving skills
- financial acumen
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to attend training and travel occasionally
- knowledge of food safety and alcohol regulations

Job Duties
- Execute service standards ensuring consistent hospitality experience for guests
- resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- collect and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas
- oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness ensuring safety
- recruit, train, and supervise staff ensuring high performance and guest service
- manage food and beverage departments including ordering and cost control
- assist in budget development and financial management to meet profit targets
