Job Requirements

  • 5 years management experience in hospitality or entertainment industry
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • financial acumen
  • ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to attend training and travel occasionally
  • knowledge of food safety and alcohol regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years management experience in hospitality or entertainment and restaurant industry
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proven ability to manage high-volume operations
  • experience in financial report analysis
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • food safety and sanitation training

Job Duties

  • Execute service standards ensuring consistent hospitality experience for guests
  • resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • collect and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas
  • oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness ensuring safety
  • recruit, train, and supervise staff ensuring high performance and guest service
  • manage food and beverage departments including ordering and cost control
  • assist in budget development and financial management to meet profit targets
