Job Duties
- assist in building and developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers legendary guest experiences
- help oversee restaurant operations, ensuring high food quality, exceptional service, and a welcoming environment
- utilize guest feedback and data to drive continuous improvement in service and satisfaction
- work alongside the General Manager to control food and labor costs while maximizing sales and profitability
- support and motivate employees, promoting teamwork, accountability, and growth
- represent Pizza Ranch as a trusted community partner, fostering relationships and giving back locally
- maintain compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
