Job Duties
- support the General Manager with the profitability of the store
- utilize Earls’ selection, development and recognition programs to create an engaging leader and partner experience
- own all front of house routines, systems and procedures to ensure consistency and profitability
- improve results by developing action plans with the leadership team
- achieve flawless operations by developing and executing an annual business plan with the General Manager
