Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant management experience
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication skills
- basic math skills for cash handling

- understanding of liquor laws and safety regulations

- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- oversee kitchen operations and manage dining room service
- estimate food and beverage usage and place orders with suppliers
- total cash and charge receipts at the end of each day
- supervise food preparation ensuring quality and portion size
- resolve customer complaints regarding food or service
- ensure kitchen and dining areas are cleaned according to company standards
- monitor staff and guests to enforce safety standards and liquor laws
- recruit, hire, orient, and train new team members
- schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining periods
- stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30 to 50 pounds during shifts
- use pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
