Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 to 50 pounds
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent problem-solving abilities
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic computer skills for handling orders and receipts

Job Duties
- oversee food preparation and ensure quality and portion control
- resolve customer complaints regarding food or service
- ensure kitchen and dining areas meet cleanliness standards
- monitor staff and guest activities to enforce safety standards and liquor laws
- recruit, hire, and train new team members
- schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
- manage cash and charge receipts totaling at the end of each day
