Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent problem-solving abilities
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • basic computer skills for handling orders and receipts

Job Duties

  • oversee food preparation and ensure quality and portion control
  • resolve customer complaints regarding food or service
  • ensure kitchen and dining areas meet cleanliness standards
  • monitor staff and guest activities to enforce safety standards and liquor laws
  • recruit, hire, and train new team members
  • schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
  • manage cash and charge receipts totaling at the end of each day
