Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- college or university degree preferred
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail including profit and loss responsibility
- basic personal computer literacy
- preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager
- at least 18 years old
- pass background check and drug test
- reliable transportation
- basic business math and accounting skills
- strong analytical and decision-making skills
- physical ability to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, lift up to 50 lbs
- clean parking lot and grounds
- tolerate standing, walking, and stooping during 80 percent of shift time

Job Duties
- support Restaurant General Manager in running shifts
- ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties
- manage inventory effectively
- maintain financial accountability including profit and loss
- ensure safe and clean environment for employees and customers
- serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
- solve problems proactively with a positive attitude
