Job Requirements
- Previous IHG brand experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to understand budgets, staffing models and cost controls
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years hotel management experience at the AGM or FOM level
- Emphasis on guest service and team member development
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box
- High-energy and proactive mindset
- Prior IHG brand experience preferred
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations
- Supervise and manage hotel staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee the financial performance of the hotel
- Implement strategies to optimize hotel performance
- Support housekeeping operation
- Assist with payroll and human resources
- Support maintenance and food and beverage operations
