  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle boxes weighing up to 35lbs
  • Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Minimum three years of operations management experience
  • ServSafe or Food Handling certification preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Coach, supervise, direct department managers to meet operational needs
  • Schedule management personnel as necessary
  • Develop training standards for alcohol service, customer service, safety, and harassment
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef, Retail Operations Manager, and Buyer to track and budget inventory and cost of goods
  • Maintain professional communication and support client relationships
  • Support General Manager in oversight of all departments, including coaching and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Forecast weekly sales and maintain monthly sales analysis
  • Manage payroll and controllable profit within budget guidelines
  • Strategize to achieve sales, per capita, and controllable budget goals
  • Minimize controllable costs and identify revenue opportunities
  • Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps to ensure memorable experiences
  • Oversee operational systems, processes, and policies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Determine daily operation levels based on external factors
  • Support monthly safe audit
  • Coordinate with facility personnel for operational needs
  • Develop new operational initiatives
  • Assist with construction or renovation plans
  • Audit Worker Compensation Compliance
  • Promote inclusive and supportive unit culture
  • Manage unit publications
  • Lead sustainability and conservation efforts
  • Drive community engagement and giving back initiatives
  • Perform other tasks as necessary
