Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 years' experience in hotel leadership roles
- ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- proficiency in computer use
- effective communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in hotel leadership, including front desk and back-of-house operations

- excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties
- Train and provide guidance to staff
- discuss staff performance discrepancies and training needs with General Manager
- attend and lead staff huddles
- provide hands-on support to ensure the team achieves outstanding results
- post checks in PMS and manage payment due reports
- complete weekly labor tracker
- postpaid outs and receipts
- ensure the hotel is always guest ready by maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- swiftly address guest concerns
- monitor and follow up on guest feedback
- suggest and sell amenities
- ensure guest and property security
- assign rooms to be cleaned by housekeeping and aid General Manager in inspecting rooms
- manage inventory
- check property email
- build relationships with vendors and guests
- foster teamwork
- network within the local community to promote the property
- build strong relationships with competitive properties, local organizations, and key clients
- lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives
- assist with housekeeping, laundry duties, and public space needs as required
- cover employee shifts as needed
- know and follow property emergency procedures
- ensure security needs of property and guests
- perform other duties as assigned
