Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Capability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Physical ability to perform pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and portion control
- Resolve customer complaints related to food or service
- Monitor cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas according to company standards
- Enforce safety standards and liquor laws
- Recruit, hire, orient, and train new staff members
- Schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
- Manage cash and charge receipt reconciliation at the end of each day
