Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in hotel leadership including front desk and back-of-house operations
  • ability to perform physical tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods
  • ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs
  • proficiency with computer systems
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational abilities
  • willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in hotel leadership including front desk and back-of-house operations

Job Duties

  • Train and provide guidance to staff
  • discuss staff performance discrepancies and training needs with General Manager and lead staff huddles
  • post checks in PMS, complete weekly labor tracker, manage payment due reports, post paid outs and receipts
  • ensure hotel cleanliness and respond to guest concerns
  • monitor and follow up on guest feedback
  • suggest and sell amenities
  • ensure guest and property security
  • assign rooms for housekeeping and assist General Manager in room inspections
  • manage inventory and property email
  • build relationships with vendors and guests
  • network within local community to promote the property
  • lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives
  • assist housekeeping and laundry duties as needed
  • cover employee shifts to ensure operational continuity
  • know and follow property emergency procedures
  • perform other duties as assigned
