Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • ability to obtain a tuberculosis clearance certificate
  • availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • willingness to work minimum 5 day, 45 hour work week
  • ability to travel and work at different locations on the island
  • reliable transportation recommended

Job Duties

  • Assist GM in achieving staffing and development goals
  • assist GM in monitoring and improving employee morale
  • personally coach staff
  • support employee training
  • ensure communication of all brand standards and initiatives
  • ensure safety is top priority
  • ensure compliance with all applicable laws
  • assist GM in achieving sales and profits to plan
  • assist GM in completion of weekly and period-end inventories and payroll
  • correct daily financial control deficiencies
  • drive year-upon-year growth in sales and profits
  • deliver and improve operations to brand operational standards
  • raise the bar in operational execution
  • ensure facilities are maintained to brand standard daily
  • correct asset deficiencies and eliminate liability potential
  • maintain open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • work minimum 5 day, 45 hour week
  • be available to work anywhere on the island
  • ensure safety for all employees by acting responsibly
  • perform other duties as assigned
