Job Duties
- take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting back results
- support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
- supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
- hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- deliver a memorable guest experience by training staff and organizing service areas
- partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
