Job Requirements

  • previous IHG brand experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • ability to understand budgets, staffing models and cost controls
  • minimum two years of relevant hotel management experience

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years of hotel management experience at AGM or FOM level
  • emphasis on guest service and team member development
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to think creatively and work under pressure
  • experience with budgets, staffing models and cost controls
  • previous IHG Brand experience preferred

Job Duties

  • assist the general manager in daily operations
  • supervise and manage hotel staff
  • ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • oversee the financial performance of the hotel
  • implement strategies to optimize hotel performance
  • support housekeeping operation
  • assist with payroll and human resources
  • oversee maintenance and food and beverage operations
