Job Requirements
- previous IHG brand experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work well under pressure
- willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- ability to understand budgets, staffing models and cost controls
- minimum two years of relevant hotel management experience
Job Qualifications
- minimum two years of hotel management experience at AGM or FOM level
- emphasis on guest service and team member development
- strong leadership and communication skills
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to think creatively and work under pressure

Job Duties
- assist the general manager in daily operations
- supervise and manage hotel staff
- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- oversee the financial performance of the hotel
- implement strategies to optimize hotel performance
- support housekeeping operation
- assist with payroll and human resources
- oversee maintenance and food and beverage operations
