Job Requirements
- Previous IHG Brand experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules based on business levels including nights and weekends as needed
- Possess the ability to understand budgets, staffing models and cost controls
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of hotel management experience at the Assistant General Manager or Front Office Manager level
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to ensure guest satisfaction
- Experience managing multiple hotel departments
- Ability to understand budgets, staffing models, and cost controls
- Familiarity with hotel operational procedures
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations
- Supervise and manage hotel staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee the financial performance of the hotel
- Implement strategies to optimize hotel performance
- Support housekeeping operations
- Assist with payroll and human resources
- Coordinate maintenance and food and beverage operations
