Job Requirements

  • Previous IHG Brand experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules based on business levels including nights and weekends as needed
  • Possess the ability to understand budgets, staffing models and cost controls

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of hotel management experience at the Assistant General Manager or Front Office Manager level
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Experience managing multiple hotel departments
  • Ability to understand budgets, staffing models, and cost controls
  • Familiarity with hotel operational procedures
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations
  • Supervise and manage hotel staff
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the financial performance of the hotel
  • Implement strategies to optimize hotel performance
  • Support housekeeping operations
  • Assist with payroll and human resources
  • Coordinate maintenance and food and beverage operations
