Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Maintenance
  • Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding guest service and promptly resolve guest issues
  • Support hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members to deliver strong performance and engagement
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Monitor daily operations, staffing levels, expenses, and inventory to support financial goals
  • Lead or support property initiatives such as quality assurance, guest satisfaction improvements, and operational efficiency projects
  • Serve as Manager on Duty as required, including weekends and holidays
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout all hotel areas
  • Assist with reporting, scheduling, payroll entry, and other administrative tasks
