Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years experience in hotel leadership
- Experience with front desk and back-of-house operations
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong team building skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective oral and written communication
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, standing
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality management or related field education preferred
- Proven experience in hotel supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of property management systems advantageous
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence
Job Duties
- Train and provide guidance to staff
- Discuss staff performance discrepancies and training needs with General Manager
- Lead and attend staff huddles
- Provide hands-on support to achieve outstanding team results
- Post checks in property management system
- Complete weekly labor tracker
- Manage payment due reports and receipts
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
- Address guest concerns promptly
- Monitor and follow up on guest feedback
- Assign rooms for housekeeping and assist in inspections
- Manage inventory and vendor relationships
- Foster teamwork and build guest relations
- Network locally for sales and marketing
- Lead in-house sales initiatives
- Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties
- Cover employee shifts as needed
- Know and follow emergency procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
