Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in hotel leadership
  • Experience with front desk and back-of-house operations
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong team building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, standing
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality management or related field education preferred
  • Proven experience in hotel supervisory or management role
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of property management systems advantageous
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence

Job Duties

  • Train and provide guidance to staff
  • Discuss staff performance discrepancies and training needs with General Manager
  • Lead and attend staff huddles
  • Provide hands-on support to achieve outstanding team results
  • Post checks in property management system
  • Complete weekly labor tracker
  • Manage payment due reports and receipts
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
  • Address guest concerns promptly
  • Monitor and follow up on guest feedback
  • Assign rooms for housekeeping and assist in inspections
  • Manage inventory and vendor relationships
  • Foster teamwork and build guest relations
  • Network locally for sales and marketing
  • Lead in-house sales initiatives
  • Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Cover employee shifts as needed
  • Know and follow emergency procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
